Welcome to Worthan Creations. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services.

By accessing our Shopify store, placing an order, or using any services provided by Worthan Creations, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not access or purchase from our store.

These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to:

• Browsers
• Vendors
• Merchants
• Contributors of content

2. Products & Services

Worthan Creations offers a variety of products including but not limited to:

• Custom apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.)
• Drinkware (tumblers, mugs, glass cups)
• Stickers, magnets, and decals
• Personalized gifts and promotional items
• Digital downloads (templates, designs, mockups, etc.)
• Business branding and design assets

Products may be physical goods, digital downloads, or custom-made items.

3. Custom Orders Policy

Many Worthan Creations products are made-to-order or personalized; therefore the following policies apply:

Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, names, dates, colors, and customization details are correct when placing their order.

If mockups or previews are provided:

• Customer approval is required before production begins
• Once production starts, changes cannot be made

Worthan Creations is not responsible for:

• Customer-submitted spelling errors
• Incorrect sizing selections
• Design changes requested after production begins
• Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings

4. Processing & Turnaround Time

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Typical processing times:

Digital Downloads:
Delivered immediately after purchase.

Custom & Handmade Items:
Typically, 4–11 business days unless otherwise stated.

Bulk Orders / Event Orders:
May require additional processing time.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

5. Shipping Policy (Physical Products)

Worthan Creations ships products using trusted third-party carriers including:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx (when applicable)

Customers will receive tracking information once the order ships.

Worthan Creations is not responsible for:

• Shipping carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

When purchasing digital products from Worthan Creations you agree that:

• All digital purchases are non-refundable
• Files cannot be returned or exchanged
• Downloads are delivered instantly

If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)

Because many of our products are custom or personalized, the following policies apply:

We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Custom or personalized items
• Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
• Color differences due to screen display
• Design choices selected by the customer

We WILL replace items if:

• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived damaged or defective

To request a replacement, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A description of the issue

8. License & Usage (Digital Files)

When purchasing digital designs, templates, or artwork, you receive a:

Non-exclusive, non-transferable license

You may:

• Use designs for personal use
• Use designs for your small business
• Sell physical products using the design

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the digital file itself
• Share or transfer the file to others
• Upload the file to print-on-demand marketplaces as a digital resale
• Claim the design as your own

Violation of this license may result in revoked access and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, branding elements, product mockups, templates, and content are the intellectual property of Worthan Creations.

They are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership rights to any designs or branding materials.

10. Payments

All payments on our Shopify store are processed securely through Shopify Payments and its authorized payment providers, which may include:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• PayPal
• Shop Pay
• Apple Pay / Google Pay (when available)

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• Your billing information is accurate

Worthan Creations reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these Terms.

If a chargeback is filed:

• Access to any digital products will be revoked
• Future purchases may be restricted or blocked
• Legal action may be pursued if necessary

Please contact us first so we can resolve any concerns.

12. Limitation of Liability

Worthan Creations shall not be held liable for:

• Business losses or lost profits
• Misuse of products
• Allergic reactions to materials (vinyl, epoxy, adhesives, etc.)
• Shipping carrier delays
• Indirect or consequential damages

All products are used at the customer's own risk.

13. Product Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following proper care instructions for products such as:

• Epoxy tumblers
• Vinyl apparel
• Heat-pressed garments
• Custom drinkware

Failure to follow proper care instructions may damage the product and is not covered under our replacement policy.

14. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.

We collect only the information necessary to:

• Process your order
• Deliver your products
• Provide customer support

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments and shipping through Shopify and its partners.
